Support 14 Broadway Fence Planning Permission

Requesting retroactive planning permission for a 5ft high fence at my house. The fence was constructed to increase security following a number of break ins to the property.  The attached pictures show that the fence is of a high quality build and does not impose on the pathway. I believe it is a far more attractive structure than the rotting dilapidated previous fence and adds to the aesthetic of the area as well as being 'in keeping' with a number of high fenced properties in the area

Petition to Increase the safety of Haven Banks Play Park

I agree that the current safety measures, for Haven Banks Play Park are INSUFFICIENT. And I am calling apon the professionals of Exeter City Council to increase the safety  measures around the park and riverside walk way leading up to the Play Park. I am in agreement; that in the very possible event of the gate being left open and a child running out from the play park, the current fence opposite provides inadequate protection for them from falling into the river.  The fence at the very least sh

Cap the Costs of UK PCR Tests to Allow Brits to See Loved Ones Again

According to Which? PCR tests for passengers in the UK can range from £60 (€69) to £214 (€246), causing concern that families in the UK will be unable to afford the costs of visiting expat relatives in Spain, and that Britons here will be unable to travel between Spain and the UK. After such a long separation from loved ones during the pandemic it is a priority for Britons here for tests to be affordable enough to see their families again when international travel opens again. The many Britons

Halvempi koronavirustesti omiin kotimaihinsa matkustaville! Affordable Covid19-test for travelers reaching their own home countries!

Open the UOC Ambleside Campus Climbing Wall

Students demand the opening of the Ambleside climbing wall, within the Covid19 regulations set out by the Association of British Climbing Walls. These regulations have allowed the opening of the majority of indoor climbing and bouldering walls in the UK and there is no reason that ours should not be opened. We are prepared to take escalating public non-violent direct action against the university if the climbing wall is not opened within three weeks. https://www.abcwalls.co.uk/wp-content/uploads

Bring back Gimblet soft play area and please consult before making changes to owner facilities.

The soft play area has been removed, without any notice or consultation with the owners, for the room to be used as additional Haulfryn office space. I was consistently told by Paul Curtis, new regional manager, that the reason for this was that the soft play equipment itself was “condemnable” and that due to uncertainties around Covid, the management were unwilling to make the necessary investment for the time being, but would review for 2022. My requests that the area be restored have been con

Save Happy Days!

Happy Days Kids Club has been operating out of Chennestone Primary School for 13 years. They offer a great service for parents and the kids love to attend.  Mrs Anderson has told them they are not to return from September. This is a decision that has been made without consultation from parents, without communicating a plan for replacement and without a reason given. Mrs Anderson has also not consulted with Happy Days staff and has not offered any alternative for them to work with.   We, the pare
