Stop Discrimination Against Taxi Drivers at South gloucester city council ,We Demand Action Now

We, the undersigned licensed drivers, are speaking out against the ongoing discrimination and racism many of us have experienced at the MOT inspection and licensing office at South gloucester licensing office .

Numerous drivers, particularly from ethnic minority backgrounds, have been treated with disrespect, hostility, and unfairness by members of staff during licensing visits. This is a serious and unacceptable issue that has continued for too long.

We demand:

1. A full investigation into complaints of racist and discriminatory behavior by staff.
2. Proper disciplinary action taken where misconduct is found.
3. Mandatory anti-discrimination and cultural awareness training for all staff.
4. A safer, fairer, and more respectful environment for all drivers.

We are united in saying enough is enough. We will not stay silent in the face of racism. If no meaningful action is taken, we are prepared to pursue this issue through legal and public channels.
