Call for action to make the roads safer around Sutton in Craven

We need a footpath along Sutton Lane before we have another tragedy. We also need traffic calming measures along Sutton Lane and Main Street  together with any other roads in the vicinity where drivers speed dangerously.

We demand a ROAD HUMP !!

The small community of East Jevington on the C40 road has several Equine stable yards, and many horses use this area especially around Green Lane.. Vehicles have been monitored by Willingdon community Speed Watch Group travelling in excess of 55mph in this 30mph zone. The residents of the Parish of Willingdon and Jevington ask East Sussex County Council to place a road hump just before the entrance of Green Lane to help reduce the speed of traffic before a very serious accident occurs. Changing for P​.​E lessons: Giving Gifford Primary school children the rights to privacy & decency

Children as young as four and five years old are expected to get changed in school for their PE lessons. Girls and boys are forced to get changed together simultaneously in front of their teachers. Changing facilities are not being provided due to 'lack of free space'. Children are also not permitted to change in the toilets due to 'hygiene reasons'. Recently Cadbury brought back an old chocolate bar due to a petition. I saw the story on the Manchester Evening News Facebook page. I made a comment regarding the Rowntree's Cabana chocolate bar wishing it would also make a come back. Likes and comments agreeing followed so I thought it's worth a shot?! Brent Council granted permission (19/3738 July 2020) to erect a three storey block of flats in the land FULL OF MATURE TREES, next to Aylesbury Street and West Way, in Neasden Lane (A4088) by the bust stop after the flyover.
