These people should be banned for life from owning animals - the level of neglect was horrifying. Reissuing a licence would mean more animals suffering so these people can make money and the SPCA and other rescues having to step in again. Don't let this happen

These people should never be allowed near animals again never mind breeding animals for sale. They are savages, they MUST be stopped.

I took a mother Bernese mountain dog and her 4 pups into foster from this hell hole, they were lice ridden, covered in excrement, starved and terrified, mammy was matted solid also, it took 6 wks for the pups to learn how to be happy pups and become healthy, they found loving homes, there mother however is still traumatised, she has a huge old scar from an embedded rope in her neck, from chewing on the bars or walls of where ever she was caged she removed all the enamel from her teeth she has a slight curve in her spin from being breed to young, she has recovered quiet a bit and has learned to trust me some what, and enjoys being out in the garden and going for walks and being with my dog, I know physically she was not the worst to come out of myshall but she was the worst our rescue took both mentally and physically and that is heartbreaking, her eyes showed how broken she was inside but a light has come back in them. She is a long way off from being able to be rehomed if ever (she will have a permanent home with me if she never recovers enough to be rehomed)
These monsters who tortured these animals need to be punished to the full extent of the law not given there license back...they should not be allowed to profit from the horrendous cruelty they inflict on animals

All puppy farms should be closed down. The people that tun them are criminals just out for the money. Dogs welfare doesn't come into the equation. There should be a law to ban the setting up of a puppy farm.

It is appalling to think the authorities would even CONSIDER allowing these despicable people a licence again .... however much proof do they want that these people are totally in it for the money - care of animals is not their concern .... over breed - wear them out - dupe the public into buying unhealthy puppies ... just atrocious. PLEASE DO NOT LICENCE THEM AGAIN

I signed this petition for every animal living in those hell holes known as 'puppy farms'. But lets remember that without 'demand' there would be no places like this. The people who buy these puppies are the real villians. Remember also a Government who cares not a jot for animal welfare in this country.

It's so unbelievably that there would be chance of business being resumed after all those dreadful cases

it is so important that this man is not given a licence after the appalling conditions he kept the animals in. Many of the dogs are still severely traumatised 3 months after being taken away from him. He should be barred from keeping animals for life.

I am absolutely disgusted with the news that they are applying for a new licence I strongly object to this in my opinion they should be in jail

Because it should never regain its licence. The people who did this will not have changed their ways only the appearance of doing so.

I transported some of the dogs from this puppy farm to rescue places and they were in an absolutely horrendous condition. This monster should be prosecuted and never allowed to own an animal again.

I am a supporter of KWWSPCA and have seen some of the dogs from that farm and I also firmly believe that all breeding should cease until the unwanted animals in Pounds and Rescues are rehomed. We have hundreds of these animals all over Ireland, a lot of them are still dying in Pounds and in the countryside if not found in time by some caring person
