There are too many seagulls, children can get out to play some days, the mess is terrible and the noise is unbelievable. The noise starts about 4am for months on end.

Totally fed up with these pest 24/7 I live in Glenacre and the seagulls are such pests here! My kids can't always get out in the garden as the birds r swooping down on them!! And I'm sick of my dog being threatened by them every time she goes out to sit in the garden!! Iv saw people being attacked just because they are walking by..its worse when the baby birds have fallen down onto the path the seagulls become vicious!! Do something about it NLC!!

I'm woken every morning - as are my 3 children - to the insufferably screech of these creatures! Our cars are a mess as are our windows!!! All I can say to those "in power" is that you should come and live our lives for a few days and see how we feel!!!!!

Getting attacked by these rats with wings is a daily occurrence not only myself my dog but my 10yr old son who at times is scared to go out to play on a nice day and because they are nesting on the roof of my building and surrounding houses I'm having to constantly clean my window because of them which is a annoying as being on a top floor flat I can't get a window cleaner to clean them not to mention the lack of sleep with the noise they make which makes me over tired at work
Something should be done about these pests it's getting beyond a joke

Actually, there is no such species as "seagulls", I'd check what species they are for pest control.

The seagulls wake me up every morning around 4amish and swoop on my children who are playing in their own garden.

I live directly accross from Dow Waste Management. This is where tge initial problemwtarted. The place Iis disgusting & smelly, waste is left out in the open no wonder it has attracted all these seagulls. The seagulls are so nousy all the time I am no longer able to sit eith mu baocony door open between the noise & the smell. I am also getting very little sleep, even with windows closed but, why should I have to close my windows just because Mrs.Dow doesnt care about the impact her business had on the immediate area. The gulls dirty everywhere it is getting to the stage I cannot hanymy wet washing out to dry. Please please help restore peace to my once lovely neighbourhood.

My husband is a cancer patient and is constantly woken by the early morning screaming of these birds. Our cars, windows and drive are always caked in their dirt.

I've actually witnessed council workers feeding the gulls! Furthermore, I saw a gull attempting to attack a cat! Something needs to be done, they're becoming too vicious.

It's an absolute disgrace that nothing gets done about these pests.cant even sit out in your own garden without them flying about and crapping all over the place

Have lived in Kilbowie Road for 5 years now and with every passing year the seagull problem has been getting worse, this problem can now no longer be ignored by residents, the recycle centre and most importantly the council.

The council can no longer brush this issue under the carpet and ignore residents complaints and must take action immediately against not only the dangerous seagulls but rats, toxic smell, noise and unsightly view.

As there name would suggest seagulls should be out at sea. They are vermin on wings and can grow extremely big with razor sharp beaks. These need to be reduced in number greatly.
