I highly oppose the erection of this mast especially as it is so close to homes and the Primary school. The high electricity and wave transmissions are a health and safety hazard to have so close to children and residential homes. It is also visually very unappealing!

I am signing this petition because the whole point of conservation areas is to conserve them. There are plenty of other locations not in conservation areas in Chiswick that could house a 5G mast. It was rejected in 2017 for Vodafone, what’s changed? Why not put it on top of a church (St Nicholas’s out of sight) 5G is being linked to effecting airplanes, why put mast under flight path. Not enough is known about the risks, so why put it so close to a primary school. Put it in Dukes Meadows away from residential area and out of sight. Put it on t roundabout M4/A4 next to flyover.

Ugly. Excessive. Poor fit. There are better and more subtle ways of building radio Comms infra these days. There is a huge mast on north end of Chiswick bridge which is an eyesore...let's not have a repeat in a residential area.

The positioning of such a high monopole mast + accompanying cabinets in an area where public access along the riverside is being encouraged for outdoor leisure and relaxation makes a complete fool and mockery of this excellent local community initiative.
