Referendum against Government shutdowns.

This petition is against future shutdowns in the United states of America. These shut downs from this day forward will be considered illegal.  Any part member or legislators, representatives of the people in this country, the United states of American, from any party that suggests, initiates or instigates a government shut down to cause cruel and unusual punishment to consituents receiving any governement funding will be held accountable and tried for treason. The purpose of this petition is to return the power of the government to the people. No sect. of government has a right to shut down an entire country because of a disagreement.
