Keep TVUSD Boudaries

We, the undersigned, are TEMECULA residents who are opposed to any changes to the TVUSD Education Boundaries that the TVUSD School Board and the TVUSD Superintendent are proposing for the 2014-2015 school year.  We demand no further changes until the following changes have occurred:

We demand a new system for inter and intra school transfers and demand the school board and the superintendent to not allow any form of transfers for both new students and renewing any previous inter and intra school transfers until and if, a new system that the Temecula residents agree with is in place.  This poor, broken and fraudulent system has caused undue disparity, distress and harm to current Temecula residents and has caused and is causing overcrowding in our schools.

The city, county, mitigation and mello roos taxes are paid by Temecula constituents and we continue to fund TVUSD schools, roadways and infrastructure.  We also pay for all of the salaries for TVUSD employees.

The TVUSD School Board and the TVUSD Superintendent have repeatedly misappropriated our taxes by allowing inter and intra school transfers and have not put their own constituents first and thus allowing out-of-city and out-of-county residents to over-use and exhaust our educations system, roadways, neighborhoods and tax funds for our city and our county.  The TVUSD School Board and Superintendent have vowed to continue these tax misappropriation acts and have vowed to continue these practices of poor, unfair, unethical and unbalanced system.

The TVUSD School Board and district have allowed and continue to allow TVUSD staff that currently live out of the district and county boundaries to have a priority for his or her own student to attend TVUSD's school system over its own constituents.

We, the undersigned, demand an immediate withdrawal of any of the boundary proposal changes until the aforesaid issues of residency and inter and intra school district transfer methods policies are update, re-written, corrected and improved so that Temecula residents get the first and only priority for own districts that we choose to live in.
