Monday Golf Format Consistent Modification for participants at PBGC

This petition will standardise golfing format to insure consistent structuring of the Monday Golf event.

This petition will allow the same format and rules as used for our saturday golf event.

This petition will insure the best equality possible for all participants.

Teams , selected by Captain level players, will be created for all participants , each Monday morning one-half hour before first team time.

This petition will also insure more participation and fair/equitable event.
