No, we are not applying them to our mobile phone. We are trying to use this right:

  • "the right to have their views respected and to have their best interests considered at all times

A large part of this is that we don't feel listened to, or like we are respected and trusted. We are trying to tell the school our views, and to work with the staff to make Seaford Head a place where people are happy to go to and learn at. At the moment, this isn't really happening.

Freedom of expression. A right to leisure, there is no law against a right to leisure whilst in school, so therefore a ban on mobile phones is unneeded...
