To The Chancellor of the Exchequer: Tax holiday for NHS front line workers including paramedics

We need to say huge thank you to the NHS front line workers for their dedication care and sacrifice during the pandemic. This is also includes care home workers.

This petition is to convince the Chancellor that the people of this country want to give each directly employed NHS and care home front line worker a £1000 tax rebate for the tax year 2020/2021.

This is a small token and recognition of the huge effort made by these dedicated people in carrying the country through the COVID pandemic, without thought of profit and personal gain

Hundreds of thousands of our people owe their lives to these people and we the people demand that the Government show our appreciation and hand-clapping is not sufficient.

This gesture of thanks is in addition to any pay increase to which these heroes are due.
