Yellow Player Service

We the undersigned respecfully request that Mr Ian Lenagan, Chairman of Oxford United Football Club, approaches the Perfom Group, (supplier of Yellow Player, match day commentary service) regarding the abysmal audio quality being suffered by users of the service on match days.

It is not an isolated issue, there have been 3 instances (Exeter City, Mansfield Town and Newport County) of poor quality in the last month alone, the latter 2 being impossible to listen to. On contacting customer support at Perform Group via email all we recieve is a couple generic auto replies saying they are aware of the situation and engineers are working to correct the problem as soon as possible. At present it seems that no solution to the issues has been found.

Sadly for Oxford United Supporters who do not live in the Radio Oxford reception area and those living overseas, this is their only means of listening to the match day commentary.

As the football club receives revenue from subscribers to the service we would like to point out that for many of us this is our way of financially supporting Oxford United Football Club. Sadly many people are thinking of cancelling subscriptions due to the poor quality on match days.
