  2. We, the undersigned, call on XM Brokerage to address the delays in the withdrawal process. Specifically, we ask that the brokerage:
    - Speeds up the withdrawal process so that withdrawals are processed in a timely manner.
    - Communicates more clearly and transparently about the status of withdrawals.
    - Offers clear explanations for any delays or issues with the withdrawal process. If not Xm Myst provide Swift Copy documents where necessary without any hesitation. 
    - Provides updates on any changes to the withdrawal process. Xm must stop lying to traders about their funds whereas are being overcharged redicularsly on reversals 
  3. XM brokerage must make sure all funds that are stuck with their bank are released with immediate effect or else the broker must be closed down for good 
    We believe that these actions will help to ensure that all traders are able to receive their funds in a timely and efficient manner.
