There's no denying that the digital revolution is something that's taking the world to new levels of workplace efficiency. It's not surprising that printers are becoming a rarity in offices. Employees thrive in workshops in order to improve their craft and subsequently improve their productivity and capability in the company. Workshops can be rather wasteful and costly because of the numerous stacks of paper from printed documents. Instead of doing this, it would be more practical to simply distribute flash drives that are exclusively to be used for the workshop. Of course, they get to keep it thereafter because the documents should be in their safekeeping for references.
