Stop anti social behaviour by neighbours from hell.

Please help to stop anti social behaviour by my neighbours from hell - intolerable noise especially in the night -  unable to sleep as a result; recording private conversations; making false reports to police resulting in  being arrested and  stripped naked in front a male police officer then found innocent; making obscene gestures and committing incest. I am being forced as a result to sell the house at a substantial loss and be homeless. Please sign this petition   so that I can demonstrate support for these people to be referred for  a mental appraisal and for decision makers to end their anti social behaviour.
