His life is as important as anyone else. If there's no evidence of what's he's being accused of then there shouldn't be any reason to send him back to Samoa where the justice system is so unjust!!

An extradition request for the Samoan Prime Minister's personal vendetta to silence freedom of speech.
Rid dictatorship. Rid corruption.

I stand strong and in faith with one of mine. I believe in the human rights of every individual which is our freedom of speech, decisions and choices. I fully support this petition for a fair justice for my brother Tala.

I don’t like the way Samoan people are being treated by CCP wannabes. The common person has no rights. Our leader is paving the way CCP greed to move in and take over our country.

I believe Tala already served his time at Samon justice when he visit early last 2019. He visited and presented himself in their court justice, paid his court fees for the case against him..so why NOW before their stupid rig election coming up next year on April. It's political moment by Samoa PM most corruption government in Pacific. Good luck Tala Pauga

I agree that the whole affair is political and the guy will not get a fair trial in Samoa

samoan government has been known to be very corrupt with the way it is governed. Their legal system is also one with so many issues and concerns, even for a samoan residing citizen they also share their doubt and fear in Samoa's legal system of injustice.

I don't believe this man's 'crimes' are worthy of death which is what will happen if he returns to Samoa. Also, why are we wasting tax payer (hard workers) money in detaining him in prison here in Australia when he has not committed a crime against Australia.

I strongly believe this is a breach of Tala human right. This happened in Australia and he is an Australian citizen so therefore he is by law protected by the Australian constitution. If he was taken to Samoa he will not get a fair hearing.

Everyone has the freedom of political speech; there are different forms of protests and that is what I believe this man has done. The Samoan people have had enough of the belittling from their Prime Minister of almost three decades. It's more about the reason behind the action.

I believe it's an injustice that an Australian man should be subject to another governments "accusation" without an indept investigation and careful consideration from our own government.

Particular in the event where a foreign power has been known to, and continuously criticised, for their administration which I dare may be considered questionable and even described as corrupt in some cases.

Furthermore regardless of one persons opinion (myself) in the matter we are Australians. We pride ourselves in upholding our values and being a beacon of hope and virture not only in the asia-pacific region but throughout the world.

Let us show the world, and more importantly our fellow Australians, the true meaning of mateship and caretakership.

A fair trial isn't gonna be given in samoa.
