The eco system on the vaal is in a fragile state with the massive amount of raw sewerage that is being pumping into the river on a daily basis. A noise theme park with lots of people attending and no water and sewerage infrastructure will make the situation worse. This is also a residential area and crazy to think of a theme park being allowed to be built here.
