Bath is primarily defind by it's ancient buildings. Any reduction in the use these building for community purposes risks dilluting their historic value.

It is important to keep our heritage. To keep occupancies in their keeping and to not saturate the roads with more congestion and polluted environments.

Would like to see the Vic operating as a community pub again, a place to go and to meet friends.

I think it would be valuable to have this asset for the community - if there is one thing that the pandemic has taught us it's the importance of community

The building should remain unchanged, it’s part of all our history

We need a community space to bring everyone together . Plenty of housing and not enough community buildings

We have had so many HMO's in Oldfield Park in the last decade, that its an overwhelming situation. We need community hubs far more in this area.

I have sorely missed the Vic since it closed and would love to support it if it can be saved as an Asset of Community Value.

This quarter of Bath has already been decimated by HMO's and blocks of flats. It is vital that we strive to maintain our heritage and prevent Bath from becoming a soulless block of concrete like so many other towns and cities around the country.

I would like the place changed into a community space of some sort. To help bring the community together.

I believe that pubs are community assets - see Otley in Yorkshire as a fine example.

The Victoria is a lovely building and has the potential to be an amazing pub or community space again. It would be a loss to the community if it irreversibly became flats or anything else where the community wouldn't benefit.
