Shave carlys head

Hi guys so I'm starting this petition for a really good cause, it's one that is very close to my heart aswell as most of my friends' hearts too. We feel that the torture of Carly not shaving her head during lockdown has gone on long enough and we are here to change that. I'm trying to gather as many signatures as possible to enable further happiness in my group of friends at this troubling time.
