Save The Cimarron Neighborhood Sign

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association (KCRMA) has established a goal of eliminating individual neighborhood signs. However, if homeowners in a neighborhood are willing to take on the responsibility and the modest cost of maintaining and replacing their sign when necessary, KCRMA will work with them to facilitate. The sign in Cimarron has been identified as one to be eliminated or transitioned into neighborhood responsibility. At least 141 (51%) of homeowners (one signature per household) in the Cimarron neighborhood need to sign this petition form to demonstrate that at least 51% of the homes in the neighborhood wish to keep and pay the modest costs of maintaining/replacing the sign.

We believe that maintaining the neighborhood / development signage promotes a sense of community and pride, and increases property values, and eliminates a possible source of future blight in the neighborhood. The expected cost of maintaining the sign is approximately $200.00-300.00 every 3-4 years.  The sign was painted last year, 2015.

The petition author, Deb Cattani, is willing to be the contact person for the KCRMA  in regard to our Cimmarron Neighborhood sign.
