Speed limits on many rural roads in England could be cut from 60mph to 40mph under government proposals? I say, utter nonsense! For one thing it cannot be policed.

We have just moved from Penrhyncoch Aberystwyth to Cellan near Lampeter. Our Cottage is just inside a 30mph zone on a country lane. Cars pass by 70 to 80 mph.

In the last 3 days we have had 1 Kitten, killed and on that same day anther Cat was killed just up the lane from where we live. And today 1 of our Adult cat’s was Killed by speeding car. Lorries treat the lane like a motorway. And there’s never any police around to catch them. When will the Lampeter police do something about these mad lawbreakers?
