Opposed redevelopment of No.6 Water Road, Lower Gornal

We the undersigned are AGAINST the devlopment and opening of Horizon Care and Education Centre at No.6 Water Road, Lower Gornal.  We object to the increased amount of traffic, parking issues and forseeable increases of anti-social behaviour and disturbances to local homeowners and businesses and general public safety, as this is already an issue in the area.
