Note that the "revised plans" are really just Phase 1 of the old plans. You may wish to draw your own conclusions as to what will happen to Phase 2 if Phase 1 were approved by the council planning committe.
Note also how a section through the site indicates the density of accommodation proposed. The two-storey townhouses bordering Newbridge Road would actually have an attic and 2 basements, making these 5 storey houses of multiple occupation.
