Hydraulics 3A make-up test(supplementary)

We understand the idea that since we didn't write exams,no supplementary exams are guaranteed under normal circumstances.However due to the fact that even not writing exams was a forced decision due to the pandemic, may you kindly provide us with a chance to write a make up test for those who didnt pass the module even if they get capped at 50. With all due respect we are asking you to consider the following:
1.We couldn't write test 3 due to technical issues.
2.We were having challenges to submit on turn it in which made us be under pressure even before writing the test itself.
3.The whole idea of online learning was just new to us and was a trial for everyone. 
4.There was no formal communication to point out that no supplementary test will be written before we were done with the tests and we just could not assume that UJ rules which we follow under normal situations are still gonna be applied.
5. We not even aware if all our marks were recorded since we only got the final mark.
