To many fat cats in peterborough city council.Why should we pay for the brown bin collection when we recycle it for them and then they make money out of us by selling the compost which we give them. It's about time they start giving peterborough residents something back instead of taking for there own means.How are OAPS going to find the money to pay this charge.This charge is going to start a even bigger fly tipping problem.
