To prevent further anti social issues in the village town centre. It is already a threatening place of an evening, without adding to it.

Placing these young vulnerable children in the center of a village already associated with crime would not be beneficial to their needs or interests. Influential environmental factors and people associated to a busy village would potentially threaten well being and safety.

No control over the youth in village as it is. Why invite more trouble

The surrounding area is very congested, the roads are narrow, it is already very dangerous to try and walk down them as there is only just enough room for one car at a time, any increase in the traffic could prove lethal, and if you're not a resident you can't work out where you are.

The area already has problems with Anti social behaviour. There is problems with parking in the local area and I feel this area will not meet the needs of those intended but make their issues wrose.

I am very concerned about the effect it will on the local area . It's next to a very well used public walkway that is very dark on a night . This location is not suitable for such troubled youngsters . We have a lot of issues already with youth in the area and the village without adding more to the mix

The location is totally surrounded by families .. Close proximity to a nursery, primary and junior schools. The potential for increased asb is evident . There is nothing for these kids to do in Gornal !! The lack of communication from Horizon creates concern and fears as to the full future impact to the close surrounding area and future property values and perception of Water Road, Redhall Road, Bull Street , Bank Road as being desirable places to purchase a house and raise a family .
