i have an affected zafira and are concerned that i a still waiting for my local Vauxhall dealer to contact me to book in the car. it hasn't even been checked let alone had replacement parts fitted.

I have this model of car and have not yet contacted garage as I have heard that no parts in yet and conflicting stories of what is or isn't being done.I want to know exactly what issue and Vauxhall's solution is to solve this once and for all.

My family car was what i needed for our days out , a daily routine of shopping and school runs we now feel petrified what could happen even to switch the heater on !!! this is gonna get worse for those that need to put their heaters on to demist there's screen when the cold weather arrives !!

I signed because i have a Zafira b and have had problems with resistor before, cant see any difference keep changing it makes, has always had Vauxhall parts fitted.....my family are at risk, I havr no confidence in the car or in Vauxhall!!

My daughter has this car and has just paid out nearly £500 to have this problem put right. She is terrified to put on heaters especially as Winter is setting in. Not fair that Vauxhalls won't step up to the mark and do the decent thing. Get it sorted now !

We got sold this car on finance they must of know there were problems it's not on we wanted a family car due to wanting to take our 4 children out places FEEL VERY LET DOWN

Alls we want is vauxhall to interview and use their voice just to reassure customers who are scared that they will take action.

No lying, no covering just honesty.

People understand this will take time to sort everyone's out. We just need a guarantee we will be sorted.

After many years of buying god awful Citroën I am finally loving my zafira. Don't loose loyal customers
