Thousands of foreign residents in Almería are facing an untenable situation:

We cannot get an appointment to have our fingerprints taken for the TIE because the official website is not working properly and there aren't enough appointments being released

This leaves us in a situation of administrative and financial insecurity, with serious consequences:

Banks are threatening to block accounts if we do not present an updated TIE.

Legal residents are unable to renew their documents.

Stress and uncertainty due to not being able to comply with a mandatory procedure.

We know that appointments are available, but the computer system is failing, preventing residents from accessing them.

We demand urgent measures:

✅ Guarantee effective appointments in Almería.

✅ Improve the functioning of the official website.

✅ Provide alternatives (email or in-person assistance) for managing appointments.

Miles de residentes extranjeros en Almería estamos viviendo una situación insostenible:
¡No podemos conseguir cita para la toma de huellas del TIE porque la web oficial no funciona correctamente!

Esto nos deja en una situación de inseguridad administrativa y financiera, con graves consecuencias:

• Bancos amenazan con bloquear cuentas si no presentamos el TIE actualizado.

• Residentes legales que no pueden renovar sus documentos.

• Estrés e incertidumbre por no poder cumplir con un trámite obligatorio.

Sabemos que sí hay citas, pero el sistema informático falla, impidiendo que los ciudadanos accedamos a ellas.

Exigimos medidas urgentes:
✅ Garantizar citas efectivas en Almería.
✅ Mejorar el funcionamiento de la web oficial.
✅ Habilitar alternativas (atención telefónica o presencial) para gestionar las citas.
