Our chihuahua Chicco was brutally attacked by a dog known to have attacked and killed cats/dogs in the past and sadly lost his life. The police can't do anything because its not a dog on human attack. SPCA have allowed the owners to keep the dog and edinburgh council dog wardens are not even interested. 

We would like to petition to give the police more power so they can order the offending dog destroyed and petition to have the dog that killed our beloved Chicco destroyed. 

The more signatures the better chance we have.
