Bowen street school crossing/40kms

I believe Bowen street should be brought down from 60km limit to a 40km limit during the school hours 2:30pm to 4:00pm! 
aswell as a safety crossing put into place on this street also as many children cross from Park Avenue to Henderson street to attend both primary and high school! 
with out this in place I believe a child/children will get hurt or killed due to the amount of traffic on this road!
