On August 31st 2020 2nd Lt. Nathan Freihofer, a field artillery officer with nearly three million followers on social media site TikTok, was suspended after posting a video that has since been deleted in which he asks what a "Jewish person's favorite Pokemon character is," and answers: "Ash”( Video not posted in uniform) . Michael Grinston, the sergeant major of the Army, said Monday the video was "completely unacceptable. On social media or not, racist jokes are racist. Period.” adding that the soldier — though they don't name him — has been suspended "of any and all leadership authorities effective immediately." (Pending investigation). If this investigation leads to Mr.Freihofer being Dishonorably discharged from his duty’s he would struggle to find a job if he has to be discharged that way as that Dishonorably discharged basically means you committed a felony. As fans of Mr.Freihofer on behalf of everyone I believe he had lifted many of his fans out of rough times and simply made us laugh, we all realize the mistake that was made and deeply regret it. Our call to action is that 2nd Lt. Nathan Freihofer is allowed to be Honorably discharged of his duty’s and a public apology be made and some if not all funds made off of Tic Tok be donated to 2nd Lt. Nathan Freihofer charity of choice.
