My niżej podpisani mieszkańcy Kleczy Górnej ninejszym żądamy, by chodnik wzdłuż drogi powiatowej nr 1731K relacji Klecza - Stryszów w miejscowości Klecza Górna w ramach środków przewidzianych w budżecie powiatu z uwzględnieniem dotacji gminnej na ten cel, został wykonany w całości na odcinku 1400 m zaplanowanych w projekcie.
UZASADNIENIE.
Z pism przesłanych przez Starostwo Powiatowe w Wadowicach w odpowiedzi na wniosek z dnia 05.02.2018 wynika, że tut. Starostwo rozważa wykonanie chodnika wraz z nową nawierzchnią asfaltową na długości ok połowy aktualnie planowanego odcinka chodnika - mówiła o tym radna powiatowa Maria Wądrzyk podczas zebrania wiejskiego w Kleczy w b.r.
Takie działanie uważamy za pozbawione sensu, gdyż w niedalekiej przyszłości, z uwagi na planowaną przez gminę Wadowice budowę kanalizacji w Kleczy, droga będzie najprawdopodobniej ponownie rozkopywana. Co więcej nowa nawierzchnia przy braku chodnika na całej długości jedynie obniży poziom bezpieczeństwa pieszych korzystających z drogi, gdyż spowoduje zwiększenie prędkości pojazdów nią przejeżdżających, szczególnie ciężarówek z kamieniołomu, które rzadko stosują się do ograniczenia prędkości do 40 km/h, narażając pieszych na dodatkowe niebezpieczeństwo.
Mając na względzie powyższe, żadamy by chodnik powstał na całej planowanej długości 1400m, a nawierzchnia asfaltowa w późniejszym czasie.
