Woodford Meadows - management of the roads and public open spaces from Taylor Wimpey following their vacation of the site.

As we understand it from a recent meeting of the Woodford Halse Parish Council there is a hold up in the transfer of responsibility to West Northants Council of the management of the roads and public open spaces from Taylor Wimpey following their vacation of the site. This is often causing delays, huge expense and even sales to fall through on our estate. According to the West Northants councillor, David Smith, the council is experiencing difficulty in getting any response from Taylor Wimpeys legal team, Pathfinder Legal Services, in their attempts to progress this transfer of responsibilities.

We the undersigned, being residents of the Woodford Meadows estate, request that you progress the transfer of responsibility for the estate to West Northants / Woodford Halse Parish councils as a matter of urgency, as this is causing delays and problems with residents trying to buy and sell their properties.
