I was told by an area manager today that Telkom are unaware of the plight of ADSL Users desperately trying to run businesses using internet that is more often than not unstable - unreliable and extremely slow in the Benoni - Rynfield Arears.
So To all the business and individuals on the Benoni / Rynfield Exchange - I will ensure that this Petition will go to managers at Telkom in respect to our request to upgrade the Benoni Communications - specifically the adsl internet connectivity. Please indicate the Telkom ADSL Line Type you have - Your Name and the service you wish you could have from Telkom - 4MB/10MB/20MB/40MB ADSL. If enough people sign this petition The manager indicated that Telkom will look at treating this upgrade as urgent.
