Support building a stadium in Halifax.

I believe we should have a stadium in Halifax and I think many of you do as well. A multi purpose stadium and facilities as proposed by Schooners Sports and Entertainment will allow us to invest in the future of Atlantic sports and our local economy. In their latest proposal SSE will contribute tens of millions of dollars to the initial construction, fund all ongoing capital expenses, be responsible for all operating costs regardless of the ownership structure and repay the municipalities full contributions as well as sharing the excess surcharge profits with the city. More than just a CFL stadium this facility will bring majored music events to the city as well as provide a place for other professional sports like lacross and soccer to play. The newestnewest proposal is fiscally viable and will be a boom for the local economy and sports fans across the Maritimes. Sign if you agree!
