They are not a good delivery company at all. They are unreliable and almost lost one of my parcels to them but I was lucky enough to get in touch with the retailer who refunded me before the parcel, worth £45, was gone.
She very much sighed when I just mentioned the name Evri and immediately said in the nicest way I assume you will want a refund then?
They don't deserve to be a company or employing people!

EVRI have failed to fulfil their obligation by delivering to my hands and have left goods outside in full view if people passing. Upon complaining the courier has accused me of threatening her and the CEO and the area manager have done nothing to ensure deliveries.
As a result, I will no longer use any retailer or seller if they use EVRI
Also the loss of revenue to sellers and retailers is unfair and will put the high street and online sellers at more risk.
I understand that EVRI so not compensate sellers in full for loss

I either don’t get my parcels as they’ve been left on the doorstep and stolen , or I don’t get my parcel due to it’s never delivered, or I don’t get my parcel because the delivery woman has a meltdown and refuses to give me my parcel , there’s no customer service, no telephone number to speak to someone, the automated help line can’t recognise simple words like yea or no , it’s the worse delivery company ever

I believe the driver stole my parcel. They didn't knock, just took a photo of it outside my door. Less than ten minutes later, daughter returned home from school and there was no parcel. The fact they didn't knock it leave hidden leads me to believe there is a real possibility it was taken by then.

Evri is totally unreliable and a disgrace 4 parcels in 2 weeks I haven't received and had to contact 4 retailers to get refunds 2 of which I'm still waiting for. Mislaid parcels happens I get that but the scale of this is too extreme for something not to be done about it.

I recently ordered some photo prints which the company said would take 2- 4 days to arrive. My heart sank when they said the parcel had been dispatched to Hermes (Evri now - they couldn't even get the name right). Sure enough, the parcel is now 'delayed'. A neighbour has also ordered a gift for me that is also 'delayed' with Evri - and it's been 3 weeks now... F-ing useless.

Evri’s courier service, the word service is a misnomer for a company who repeatedly fails to deliver parcels, ‘loses’ parcels, lie about deliveries being delivered when cctv doorbell footage indicates the contrary. But worse is not being able to contact anyone at Evri when a problem occurs. I’m currently waiting since 03/12/22 for 2 deliveries which haven’t been delivered ,which I’ve now gone back to the retailers who have raised their own complaints re this appalling company

Both previous "deliveries" from EVRI this year resulted in the retailer having to issue a refund. One item lost the other damaged. Currently waiting for 4 outstanding deliveries, but our local delivery agent has stopped and doesn't seem to have been replaced so am anticipating having to chase up yet more refunds. Ultimately retailers reputations will be tarred be their choice of courier.

Using a false photo as proof of delivery. Surely using false tactics to look like the parcel was delivered is illegal.
It’s the wrong package with wrong retailers. Not my my property or correct GPS verification and deliberate out of focus name and address however even blurred it is too long for my name.

14 Dec 2022 still not received my parcel , you can ring and speak to no one its an automated tracking line there are hundred of forums on line talking about this rubbish company. Have now found out they have list my parcel once they scanned it on 14th Dec previously delivered a parcel and the bottom was torn opened it and noticed perfumes missing from the order again they had helped themselves. You should see the delivery people when they park up they are throwing packages around in there vehicles no care at all .

Ordered three parcels from different firms, not received any single one of them, the update says it will be delivered on next working day but never re-attempted. feels like I am robbed because the firms are not returning the amount as well.... It is my request to stop using EVRI as they are scam, and companies should mention if they are using EVRI before we order, I would have never ordered if I knew it will be handed over to EVRI.....

Have had several issues with EVRI.
Package to a locker, located at nearby large Tesco. 10am message its being delivered in next 2 hours, message 2 hours later, we are having problems with this address, plesse contact us, several messages and days later contacted supplier who cancelled the order, and resent via DPD.
lastest one ordered an Item from Wowcher, came from China, put back door as safe place, got a message at 10.35 while I was out saying delivery between 10-12., next message we have attempted delivery 3 times package will be sent back to supplier. (Back door was to a shed at back left of property, they dont allow you to put a helpful message on safe place as some others do, just select from there list).

I am tired of them. Their customer service is just as shocking as their deliveries. I hate them with a passion. They've lost my parcel and had it for a week when they found it they said they would deliver today ans he's not even rung my doorbell or my comminal buzzer he just couldn't be bothered.
