There is no need whatsoever to promote homosexuality.

We truly have an identity crisis in our wealthy well-to-do society and this is what makes us to want more of the same; but what if we were judged by having these wonderful resources taken away by those extreme weather conditions we get from time to time. Be sure; God WILL judge our nation for stretching to the extremes our sexual deviations IF HE IS FORCED TO!

I am appalled that an organisation that once stood for our old traditional values is now prepared to let a small dissenting minority hold the rest of us to ransom.

I feel very strongly about this issue.

I believe the N.T. should stay out of highly controversial political issues, and certainly should not pressurise staff into compromising their sincerely held beliefs.

(Braintree, 2017-08-10)

I certainly to not agree with this latest scheme that staff must wea the rainbow colours. This sort of thing does not come the remit of the National Trust and would certainly deter me from renewing a subscription that lapsed a few years ago.

I am appalled that The National Trust is In support of homosexuality. National Trust must go back to its root.

This is the national trust, all about conservation. I can sympathise with being put in the position of being told I must wear and promote something that goes against my beliefs and conscience; it is simply unfair.

I am signing this petition because I value the rights of freedom for myself and the people of this land to be able to roam and enjoy the freedom which has been fort for for so many years now and do hope the people of this country will wake up and stand firm against the onslaught of Homosexuality and the damage that the LGBT is doing to the moral standards of this country, childrens welfare and common decency.

I am opposed to public institutions becoming politicised or used to promote a minority agenda.

(Sporle, 2017-08-11)

#237

I am signing because the N.T. is for preserving the nation's heritage and not for promoting a cult
organisation.

(Bedford, 2017-08-11)

#238

I have signed to counter the ever growing satanic army of intrusion into peoples personal lives. We need the N.T. to include protection for our once held marriage traditions as well as our nation's heritage.

It is quite staggering to read what the National Trust are doing, absolutely incredible and shame on them.

(Inverness, 2017-08-11)

#241

I am opposed to the promotion of homosexuality and suggestion that all people must share in this belief and in the promotion of this viewpoint

(Chichhester, 2017-08-12)

#242

The National Trust should stick to protecting our heritage sites and do the work it was designed to do.

(Camborne, 2017-08-12)

I am repulsed by what I have read about your recent activities

People should be allowed to follow their conscience without fear of ridicule or persecution.

Dear Sir,
I support your petition because I share your views and deplore the direction the National Trust has taken over the last few years with its obsession with slavery, gender issues and general wokeness. I will also go further and withdraw my membership and offer of 'donation via wills' if they continue in this direction. Plus, you have my vote at the October 2021 elections along with Andrew Powles and I will also give consideration to Sally Hunt. The other candidates, as far as I can determine, appear to be completely pointless.

You mention in your candidate statement “So, if I am elected to the National Trust Council it will be nothing less than a miracle”. Let me assure you, there are many who fully support your views and are glad we at last have, together with the aforementioned candidates, an island of sanity amongst a sea of waffling imbeciles. Best of luck.

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, And a man who lies with a male as one would with a woman both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon themselves.

We, the undersigned, are NOT members of the National Trust. But all the same:

We are appalled that the National Trust tried to force volunteers at Felbrigg Hall in Norfolk into wearing rainbow badges in support of homosexuality.

We are dismayed that the National Trust attempted to dig up dirt on benefactor Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer, who left the Hall to the Trust, and that they posted a video claiming he was homosexual.

We support the founding values of the National Trust, to protect ‘the nation’s heritage and open spaces … for everyone to enjoy’. We do not see the promotion of homosexuality in those values.

We believe National Trust properties should be safe spaces for parents to take their children without fear of having their innocence assaulted by politically-correct propaganda.

We also believe potential benefactors considering leaving a property to the Trust should be able to do so without fear of the Trust putting out salacious gossip about them years later.

We urge the National Trust to return to its core business of protecting the nation's heritage and open spaces for everyone to enjoy and to have nothing more to do with spurious and divisive campaigns of virtue signalling or social engineering.
