We are forced to work in conditions whereby we are underpaid, short staffed and abused by patients due to these conditions. We are skilled individuals with years of study and experience in a world where Pharmacists are always in shortage but in our country we are in "excess" but still have to survive understaffed and lack of resource working environments.
