I also have 3 reference number after logging a call for CoE to assist as I couldn't put in prepaid. I even went to COE as well in January. A technician was allocated to come and assist me. She came but notified me that my Meter on the pole is faulty. She'd connect me so I can have electricity, she'd the come and replace the meter. Since January until now, she kept saying she's coming on Friday then Tuesday. I end up getting tired of calling her. I had been sending follow up messages, I called the Cllr as well with nothing tangible I could gather for their unable to assist me. It has been 2 weeks now sending messages to Cllr trying to find out what needs to be done from my end to receive assistance.
