Saving the Jewelry and Metals Program at Skidmore

The Jewelry and Metals Program is at risk of being eliminated. Currently there are no Jewelry and Metals courses offered for next semester due the removal of a full-time position for the program. Please sign our petition NOW to encourage the Deans Office to change the part-time position back into a full-time one and help us save the program.

Updated Petition (3/26/26): The Jewelry and Metals Program is still at risk of being eliminated. While there will be courses for the 2026-2027 school year, there is no guarentee that the program will run in following years. Please continue sharing and signing the petiton to help us advocate for the program and a tenure-track position.
