SANDF must allow written submissions on draft Regulations of Defence Amendment Act 6 of 2020

Defence Amendment Act 6 of 2020 is one of the draconian laws ever passed by the Parliament which claims that it is the People Assembly. The President of the Republic of South Africa signed into law without reservations.  It contains sections where a member can be discharge from SANDF where charges are laid against him or her even before the court of law finds him or her guilty. It is clear this law is going to be used to victims soldiers.  Now the Minister of Defence is currently busy drafting Regulations which are going to administer this draconian piece of legislation. The Minister did not allow public participation during drafting of this Regulations. Now this petition demands her to make public participation in the form of written submissions or public hearing on these Regulations.
