PETITION REGARDING THE VAGRANTS LIVING ON ATTERBURY ROAD AT THE JUSTUS MAHOMED INTERSECTION
We demand that the City of Tshwane, TMPD and Waste management takes immediate action to remove the vagrants that are living on Atterbury road at the intersection of Justus Mahomed streets, Menlo park, and to clean the area.
They have taken over the sidewalk, building open fires day and night, urination on the sidewalk, forcing pedestrians into the busy Atterbury road, and have set up little shops on the road median at the BP Petrol station, as well as shelters.
We as rate payers demand that the by laws be enforced, and that they be removed and the area cleaned and sterilised.
