Petition gegen die Schlechterstellung behinderter Menschen bei der Finanzierung der Tagesgestaltung
Der Kanton Basel-Landschaft verfügt seit dem 1. Januar 2017 über das neue Behindertenhilfegesetz (BHG) und eine ausführende Verordnung (BHV). Diese regelt die kantonalen Leistungen für die Lebensbereiche Arbeiten und Wohnen. Ebenfalls geregelt im Behindertenhilfegesetz sind die Leistungen und Finanzierung der Tagesgestaltungsangebote.
Schlechterstellung
Bei der Überführung der Leistungen für erwachsene Behinderte in das neue Behindertenhilfegesetz wurde stets darauf hingewiesen, dass die neue Regelung kostenneutral erfolge und dass nicht auf dem Buckel der Betroffenen gespart würde. Nun ist es aber Tatsache, dass im Bereich Betreute Tagesgestaltung den betroffenen behinderten Menschen aus dem Kanton Basel-Landschaft anteilig Kosten (Selbstbehalte) auferlegt werden, die vorher durch den Kanton getragen wurden. Dies stellt eine klare Schlechterstellung behinderter Menschen nach dem Systemwechsel 2017 dar.

Die Unterzeichnenden dieser Petition bitten den Kanton Basel-Landschaft, diese Schlechterstellung rückgängig zu machen und entsprechend einer angepassten Praxis zu verfügen.
