Permanent security provision against Somali Bandits in Mutha, Mutomo Kitui

Somali Herders have become a perrenial nightmare in Mutha Location, Mutomo Kitui County. They forcefully invade private farms, herd their cattle, goats and camels with impunity and in extreme case kill victims who appear more resistant. The right to own property is enshrined in our constitution and it's not a favour.  further, Tresspass on private property is an offence leave alone destruction of property. These people operate with impunity against locals and CS interior, Dr. matiangi Has to act in the Precinct of the constitution and make our people safe. Land tenure system in Kitui is not the same as in the pastoral areas, ours is private land, not communal or otherwise. We have had enough of wantonk killings,  erratic school enrollment at affected areas since 1980s
