OCE RESIDENTS -Special General Meeting request

REQUEST FOR SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (SGM)-Olympus Country Estate.

Dear Residents,
We, the undersigned residents of Olympus Country Estate, hereby formally request the Trustees/Board to convene a Special General Meeting (SGM) in terms of the estate’s governance rules.

This request is based on growing concern among residents regarding recent policy enforcement and proposed or implemented changes, which many feel are excessively restrictive and not reflective of the broader community’s views or best interests.

The purpose of the requested SGM is to:

1)Provide a platform for open and constructive discussion;
2)Allow residents to raise concerns and seek clarity on current and proposed policies;
3)Promote transparency and fair participation in decision-making processes affecting all residents;
4)Work towards reasonable, balanced, and community-supported outcomes.

To ensure this request is formally recognised, all supporting residents are required to provide the following details on the petition:

3. Residential Address (within Olympus Country Estate)

6. Signature
