Mandatory Changing Tables

To Whom It May Concern:

Nothing is worse when you are in the middle of a meal, and your little one in diapers just had to go. You grab the diaper bag and head into the restroom only to find that there is NO place to change your baby. You have 2 options... Change him/her on the floor OR walk out to your car, assuming you have one and there is space available. Neither is convenient and both are frustrating options. Places such as family dining areas and other family oriented public places should ALWAYS have a changing table present. Babies need a place to go to right!? This petition, starting with California, will be signed by people who want to see a law passed that makes it mandatory for public family locations such as restaurants, etc., to provide women and men with changing tables to better accommodate themselves and children. 

Desired Action: Mandatory changing tables in the state of California in public family friendly places.
