Justice For Kevin Merryman
On November 1st 2014, Kevin Merryman Was riding his bike home, and was hit from behind by Carlos Hernandez, he was driving a suv. After he ran over Kevin Merryman he fled the scene to go to work at chick fil A. the only way police caught him was he lost his license plate when he hit Kevin. He knew he had run over a human being and just left not caring. that he had just killed a 28 year old man, a father to two babies. This happened in Chesterfield VA. He has only been charged with felony hit and run which only is punishable of up to 5 years max in VA if convicted, He was also charged with driving without a operators license. All Kevins Family and friends believe he should be charged with. Vehicular Manslaughter/ Involuntary Manslaughter. We are asking.you to sign this petition to get Justice for Kevin Merryman, He was just 28 years old, He left a family behind, that were never able to say goodbye. This man that did this to him needs to be charged with the crime he committed please help us seek justice.
