A close friend of mine and her family almost had what could of been a very fatal accident, I hope this is taken into consideration and is used to improve the safety. Thanks.

 I saw the car leaving the road from my kitchen window.got my partner to ring for police.was an awful site.hope your friend and children are ok as much as they can be.x
