They even tried to question Cassi and she wouldn't answer questions and she immediately knew she'd been caught. She did it thinking their kid wouldn't show the tattoo until after 18. She's done minors before, I personally know another person who lived in Brigham and Cassi was the one to go to for an underage tattoo. She never even took paperwork from the minor, it's illegal. So no, not one mistake. Also another friend of mine got a tat by her, in her shop, and now has horrible scar tissue raised up under it. Cassi has no idea what she's doing, she needs to never touch a gun again. |
