Absolutely disgraceful considering the size of Derriford as an employer. There isn't even a reliable consistent public transport service to the hospital that offers competitve rates (see the bus pass has gone up again) for people to have another option. Will impact residential areas no doubt. It doesn't matter what you earn its should be fair to everyone. Cost of living increases do not reflect what it actually costs to live and WORK.
